This program consist of 13 modules made of Knowledge, Practical and Workplace Experience. You will master planning, execution, and monitoring of all plant operations, strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will perform core operational duties, conduct necessary quality controls, and ensure seamless shift hand-overs for reliable and continuous production.
